Order Processing / Fulfillment 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders with different billing and shipping may take longer to follow our verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days. Our fulfillment times are estimated, but not guaranteed.
