Return policy.

We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Upon receiving and approving the returned product, we will issue a full refund, minus the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
